MK-222 Lifter

The MK-222 Lifter uses a 4" bore pneumatic cylinder mounted in a rigid steel construction frame. The lifter carriage plate is guided by two (2) hardened steel shafts each with two (2) linear bearings. The lifter is equipped with two (2) shock absorbers to decelerate the load.

MK-226 4-Post Pneumatic Lifter

The MK-226 Lifter uses a 6" bore pneumatic cylinder mounted in a rigid steel construction box. The lifter carriage plate is guided by four (4) hardened steel shafts each with two (2) linear bearings. The lifter is equipped with two (2) shock absorbers to decelerate the load.

Carriage Plate Size: 17" x 17"
Lifter Stroke Capacity: 0-36"
Lifter Payload Capacity: 800 lbs. (on center)
Lifter Speed Capacity: 2.0 ft./sec. Max.

RGL Lifter

The RGL lifter (rail guided lifter) consists of a lift tube body equipped with precision ground guide rails that are supported and guided with camrollers. Two (2) 4" bore pneumatic cylinders are used for the lift motion. The lifter is equipped with two (2) shock absorbers to decelerate the load.
