Mark One's shuttles are thoroughly proven transfer units that have been the work horse in the automotive industry for over 30 years. Mark One's shuttles provide the means to transport heavy load at high speeds. They can be mounted in various orientations to suit the particular application.

HDAIR - Heavy Duty Air Shuttle

The HDAIR shuttle is a pneumatic, two-position shuttle, which uses a 5" bore pneumatic cylinder. A double rack-and-pinion gear assembly is used as a stroke multiplier to achieve the high-speed transfer rate and to accomplish the overall stroke. The carriage plate is supported and guided with camrollers that ride on hardened guide rails.

BDS - Belt Driven Shuttle

The Belt Driven Shuttle uses a precision steel reinforced timing belt to move the carriage plate to accomplishing the overall stroke. The belt is firmly attached to the carriage plate at one end, wrapped around two pulleys (one idler and one driven) and attached to a tensioner at the opposite end on the carriage plate. The carriage plate is supported and guided with camrollers that ride on hardened guide rails.

HSS4 - High Speed Screw Shuttle

The HSS4 shuttle is an electric driven screw shuttle that uses a Hi-Helix screw with a multi-start, 1-7/8" diameter by 4" lead screw and machined polymer nut to accomplish the overall stroke. The carriage plate is supported and guided with camrollers that ride on hardened guide rails.
